Custom & Handcrafted Items

All furniture items are handcrafted and may have slight variations in grain, color, and finish. These are natural characteristics of wood and handmade craftsmanship, not defects.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, in which case we will notify you promptly.

Stock Availability

We strive to keep our inventory accurate, but in cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Customization Orders

For custom furniture requests, production begins only after order confirmation and payment. Changes to custom orders after production has started may not be accommodated.

Prices

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

We accept payments through PayMongo, which supports major credit/debit cards and e-wallets. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and scheduled for delivery.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Craftit Furniture does not store your payment card information.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across the Philippines. Delivery fees vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery schedules are coordinated with you after payment confirmation. We will contact you via phone or email to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Delivery Delays

Craftit Furniture is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather disturbances, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. Any visible damage or defects must be reported to our delivery team on the spot or within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to delivery, please document and report it within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Custom Orders

Custom-made furniture items are non-refundable unless the item is defective or significantly different from what was agreed upon.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once production has started or delivery has been made.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through your original payment method.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Craftit Furniture and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

Craftit Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Pampanga, Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
